Manage Spectrum Change Request/PCO Status' in Project Sight

Please create a "Lookup" in PCOs to set the Status of the PCO based upon whether it will be an "Internal Change", "Subcontractor Change", or "Owner Change". Currently, they all push to Spectrum as "Proposed" and you have to manually change them once they arrive in Spectrum. It could be done based upon the current "Type of Change" and/or "Reason for Change" lookups in Project Sight.
