    Or at least allow us in import divisions from a spreadsheet like specifications.

    One can edit by manually adding, deleting and editing rows one by one, but the ability to edit the divisions for a project using the Excel import/export is not available to project admins; only available to Portfolio admins. Just makes it easier and quicker.
