Ability to upload multi-page PDF (Specifications) in drawing sets

What is the customer trying to accomplish?

Client wants to upload a multi-page PDF file in drawing sets without getting split

How is the lack of functionality affecting their business?

The business case for this is if trying to create a "Conform Set" of listing out when documents were issued and in which Drawing Set we want to be able to include Specifications. PDFs of specifications are usually multi-page, but we just want to have versions of the whole spec section and keep the most current one up-to-date. We don't care if a Spec section went from 4 to 5 pages, or from 5 to 4, we want to know that the spec was issued in 5 Sets and the this is the current version.

Suggested implementation:

Ability to upload multi-page PDF (Specifications) in drawing sets without getting split.
