Allow adding multiple files on drawing imports in Projectsight

Enhancement description:

Currently, to upload multiple pdf files into a drawing set, you first have to select one pdf and then start the import and then you are allowed to add multiple additional files. This would be much simpler if users could add multiple files the first time. It's confusing for users the way it currently is.

What are we trying to accomplish?

Make uploading drawings faster and easier

How is the lack of functionality affecting us?

They have to upload drawings one at a time if they are in different PDF files

Suggested implementation:

Allow for more than one file to be selected and uploaded at once
