Enhancement description:

Prospect wants templates they can choose from in Issue Tracking. This is similiar to Converge Typical Conditions in Punch Lists. The client uses issue templates heavily in PlanGrid.

What is the customer trying to accomplish?

Looking for a way to bring in their list of issues like you can with Converge Typical Conditions in Punch Lists.

How is the lack of functionality affecting their business?

Lack of functionality prevents adoption of ProjectSight as their solution, prevents move from competitor.

Suggested implementation:

Implement a similar template in issues like there is for Converge Typical Conditions in Punch Lists.
