What are we trying to accomplish?

Keep up to date with issues affecting access & performance of ProjectSight.

How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?
IT gets repeated notifications regarding issues and without contacting support directly, nobody has any idea what is going on. We waste time troubleshooting things on our end and reaching out to support.

Suggested implementation:

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
