I want to create a Report, where the Title is the Room Name and Number and subheading columns are below.

When doing Punchlist, I'm trying to create a report that I can print out and tape to the door or above the door. This way each trade doesn't have to go into ProjectSight and look up each room's punchlist items. This would ultimately save time for the trades and make it easier to coordinate work.
