Select multiple companies for Record Sharing Access
Problem: Currently, in Record Settings, there is a sharing option to control if the Portfolio owner company can see all records, and other companies only see what they are assigned to, or share all records with all companies. This causes issues when there are joint ventures and companies collaborating within Projectsight. They either have to assign the non-primary company to all records one by one or share all records with all companies in the project.
Request: Add a third option where you can choose additional companies who are allowed to see all records, but not share with all companies.

A use case for this is that I want to share submittals with my companies roles of Project Manager and Project Engineer so they can see all submittals and collaborate to develop the submittal log. But my only choice is to share with people assigned or cc'd (participating) or assign to everyone on the project team including outside users, subcontractors and architects. Allowing that sharing by role instead of with everyone would solve this problem.
