Enhancement description:
ProjectSight - Ability to Attach files to company records
What is the customer trying to accomplish?
It would be good to store & view files that are company-level on the company record itself.
How is the lack of functionality affecting their business?
There might be non-project-specific documents it would help to attach to the company record on the portfolio level.
Suggested implementation:
Add a column or files section to the Company record. Where a file uploaded and or linked.
We Need to be able to attach to company record:
Banking Details / Wire Instructions
Company Licenses
Tax Documents
Registration Documents
Insurance Certificates
All of the legal PDF's that a company is required to maintain on the companies they are doing business with. Having a column would not be helpful. Companies need the paperclip / link option the same as records have.
