Recalculate PCO Markups

Enhancement description:

Give users a button to quickly recalculate PCO Markups

What are we trying to accomplish?

Quickly recalculate PCO Default Markups after a PCO item budget changes.

How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?

Currently, users have to select each line of the Default Markups, remove them, make their budget changes to PCO items and then click Default Markups again. It is more time-consuming than it needs to be.

Suggested implementation:

It would be great if the "Default Markups" button changed to "Recalculate Markups" after they have been applied to the PCO.
