Easily allow for Potential Change Order default Markups to not include previous Markups in their calculations

Currently Default Markups in PCOs include the previous Markups in their calculations. Include a method or way to only calculate the Markups from the PCO totals only. Some clients do not want the each preceding Markup to be included in the Markup calculation. To improve this further have the ability to select which Markups include Preceding Markups in thier calculation.
