Drawing Status Live refresh

Enhancement description:

Publishing a drawing set can be slightly confusing to users at the step where they're waiting for the drawings to finish 'Processing'. When they click 'Publish' the page refreshes the list to show them all in a state of 'Processing', and because this is a static list the status won't update when complete. The Processing is actually rather fast but users often can't tell unless they refresh the page or browse away and then back to the page. The page should either have a refresh button that only updates the list, and not the whole webpage, or we should have the Processing Status dynamically update when the drawings complete processing.

What are we trying to accomplish?

Make the UX better and communicate the status of their records dynamically and prevent confusion or misconceptions about the speed of processing.

How is the lack of functionality affecting us?

Users complain that drawings take a long time to process when in reality its already done, they're just looking at an old state in the list view. They don't have a list refresh button and have to refresh the whole webpage which isn't good a UX. They also will click the 'Publish' button again thinking that the system is taking too long, which does refresh the page again and display the latest record's status, but now they are under the impression that they should click publish multiple times for it to work.

Suggested implementation:

Have the Status field update dynamically, or have a list refresh button available.

Describe any workarounds?

Refresh the page, navigate away and back again, or click the publish button again to refresh the page.
