Delete User Language

From Portfolio Settings > Users

When deleting a user, you are given the prompt, "WARNING: This action cannot be undone. All record data will be lost permanently."

From Online Help > Users

In the manual under the section titled "Removing users from your portfolio (https://prod.projectsightapp.trimble.com/Web/Web%20Help/Content/Online_Help/Settings/Web-Portfolio-Users.htm?cshid=1009) ", it says the following:

"When you remove a user from the portfolio:

* The user remains linked to any existing records.
* The user's name remains on the Contacts tab of the associated company record.
* A record can be assigned to this user unless the user is removed from the company's contacts list.
* The portfolio administrator becomes the owner of the user's files and folders in the File Library.
* The user's public and private drawing annotations are retained, and the public annotations remain visible in the drawings.

You can restore a user by creating a user record with the same email address."

These two things contradict each other and create confusion. The warning message makes it seem like everything that the deleted user created will be somehow be removed/lost.

I agree that the warning message should be very firm, but it should also accurately reflect what happens and what the options are after you do remove a user. I think that a strong message with a direct link to this section of the help would help to make this more clear for everyone.
