Allow for portfolio admins to edit/add contact information

What is the customer trying to accomplish?

Trying to add updated contact information for users that have already been invited and signed up

How is the lack of functionality affecting their business?

Need to keep a current contact list for everyone that is in the project and for the staff trying to contact individuals Suggested implementation: allow for portfolio admins to edit/add contact information

Workaround:

User must update their own contact information
