Allow for Configuration of Dynamic File Folder Naming Conventions

The general idea is to be able to configure in settings for any given record the naming convention that will be used when file library folders are dynamically created to store files attached by users within the records. Specific business case was regarding Submittals folders. ProjectSight currently names the folders "Number-Spec Section-Revision". Client wants to use "Number-Revision" instead.

This may not be the industry standard naming convention but it works for the client and they would like the ability to change how these folders are names in the settings.
