Add Option to Disable Word and Excel Output for Specific Reports and Modules

We have certain reports (i.e., Subcontracts), that use very specific language approved by our legal department. Currently, users have the ability to print these reports to Word and edit the documents before sending out for a signature. We would like the option to disable the Word and Excel options at the report level or at the module level.
