Add Horizontal Scroll to Drop Down/Pop Up Windows

Currently if you have a pop up window to toggle an option - for example, the sorting tools available in a particular module (see snapshot) - the use does not have the ability to see the entire title if it exceeds the window limits. This issue leads to frustrations and could easily be fixed by adding a horizontal scroll bar to these areas.
