Pan Button on Drawings/PDF Viewer

I understand that holding shift + scrolling mouse wheel will scroll horizontally, and that paired with scrolling without shift gives you vertical scrolling so that you can pan around the drawing/pdf.

While this is useful, I think it would be more user-friendly and more easily discoverable if there were a pan button that the user could click to move around the document by left click + moving the mouse.

    Yes! This has been a lacking function for our team. They have been requesting this as a feature nonstop. If it were similar to Adobe Illustrator, this would be much more useful for our team.
