Ability to type in the required Spec Section field when creating Submittal Package

When adding a new submittal package, there is a required field for the spec section which opens to a list that you have to pick from. Client is requesting that if they already know the number or at least the beginning of the number, they should be able to start writing that into the field and have the corresponding list appear, without having to open the other dialogue box to search for it.
