Enhancement description:
ProjectSight RFI - Ability for multiple comments to be marked as an answer. Currently the option in comments only allows one comment to be the answer.
What is the customer trying to accomplish?
Client wants more control than is currently offered in comments for an RFI. They do not want to allow Architects or Consultants to have the option to mark something as the response. It would be useful to mark multiple comments as the response in the case of something that is reviewed by both an engineer or consultant and the architect.
How is the lack of functionality affecting their business?
Client wants more control than is currently offered in comments for an RFI. They do not want to allow Architects or Consultants to have the option to mark something as the response. Often times, we do not find their response sufficiently answers a question, so we like to be in control of deeming a response as the official answer. For this reason, we think it would be very useful if we could have the option to quickly mark an existing comment (or multiple comments) as the response. This way, if the architect's comment is a sufficient answer, we can quickly mark it as such, rather than copying and pasting their response into the comment box and checking log as answer. It would be useful to mark multiple comments as the response in the case of something that is reviewed by both an engineer or consultant and the architect.
Suggested implementation:
Two items: Give option to mark more than one comment the answer and disallow a group rights to mark the comment as an answer.
Workaround:
None everyone can mark a comment as the answer and only one comment can be marked.
