RFIs - Remove Response via Email Capability

Currently, RFIs can be responded to via the notification email that ProjectSight sends out. Any embedded links (such as signatures) are uploaded as a link when responded to this way. If we remove the ability to respond via email this will not occur. This will enforce the Architect/Owner to respond only through ProjectSight which will standardize the process.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
