Warning Pop-up for No Email Address Listed for User

There should be a pop-up warning if you try send/assign submittals, RFI's, etc to a contact on a project that are not current users or do not have an email address associated to them. Currently, ProjectSight will allow you to send/assign files with no email address associated with the contact or user. You have no way of knowing that they did not get get a notification since all notifications are by email. Please add some type of warning for this scenario per my case submitted to PS support - Reference case ID:02735996
