Add an Author/Responsible Company section for RFIs

I think we should add an Author/Responsible Company section to RFIs (just like in submittals). Prolog had this option but I don't see it in project sight. A good amount of RFIs come directly from subcontractors and its good to know where the questions came from and allows for better tracking and more accurate records
