For daily reports, allow pictures in the PDF to be opened without requiring a sign-in to view them. Both Procore and Raken offer this functionality.
This would allow the client to quickly open the thumbnail image on the daily report without having to sign in, making it easier to review the project photos.

Give all portfolio managers or admins workflow manager capabilities with ball in court workflows
It would be helpful if multiple people can be named the Workflow manager. I get this is portfolio specific and the idea is for one person to be managing the portfolio but we have more than one portfolio manager but only one can manage the workflow...
