Adding Team Members - Default Company

Our project teams are able to add/invite members to their jobs. When they invite members the default company is set to our company. If our team members forget to change the company name, it cause issues and we then have to fix.

It would be nice to NOT have the Company a mandatory field, it would remind team members to select the appropriate company.
