Add the ability to detect scaling of a drawing in the drawing sets

It would be great if ProjectSight could have another OCR box to capture the scale of a drawing and automatically apply the scale to the drawing. This should also then push to the mobile platform.

    My company runs 50-60 projects through Project Sight a year and this concept would save us HUGE amounts of time!!! Love it!!
