Currently checklist templates can only be managed at a project level. What if 30 new checklist templates are added to the template project after 50 projects have already been created. All of these jobs need the new checklists. Now someone has to go through painstaking task of importing all 30 templates one by one into all 50 projects. This might take multiple days to complete.
The solution: Give the ability to setup checklist templates through portfolio settings. If a project wants project specific templates they can unlock the setting at the project level like most other project settings.

Why is this still not even something being considered? You mean to tell me that a multi-million dollar enterprise wants to spend time updating their safety checklists across their projects? This is one of the things that is THE MOST ridiculous thing that it doesn't do this.
Is there any traction on this?? This SHOULD BE THE WAY IT IS
Please, Please, Please - This really needs to move up in the list of priorities. I just spent days uploading new templates in all our existing projects because they have to be done 1 at a time and I am not even done yet.
This is not getting traction in spite of all the votes. Big lift and higher priorities. Could you look at suggestion PSW-I-3065 as a shorter term fix? Give us a way to upload all of our standard templates to a project in one fell swoop, not one by one.

Why does this even need to be suggested. We have our template project so anything added to that should carry over to all projects immediately. What a waste of time. I now have to add the new forms to multiple projects which is a time consuming process. PLEASE MAKE THIS A RUSH FIX!!

ProjectSight Team, Whats the status on this? This is a major inefficient process to manage from a Portfolio Level to each project and MUST be prioritized by your team please!
This feature would be very useful.
Please do this! A majority of the time we want all the same checklist options on all projects within a portfolio. Rarely when we want a specific checklist for a specific project, we will add it on the project level.
Its really sad Trimble hasn't made this change yet. This is a no brainer!!!
