Add user to a new project by default.

In our previous software we could setup foreman and various office staff members to be added to all NEW projects by default. We have about 80 people that need to be on every project by default. It was a simple checkbox on their settings page. It is very tedious to add those members to the template file and then have to manage the template file when new people are hired on or leave.
