Portfolio Level File Library

Create a library that will hold all information going to be needed across all projects so you do not have to add them every single time (ie contract exhibits that don't change and are just a PDF). We know we can make a template project and link them there and use that however, with how our back end budget is required to be set up you would have to maintain 15 different template projects.

Develop a file library that can hold information prior to developing into a full a project. For example, we have a requirement to get a capital budgets approved, I need to track what numbers have been issued and where the actual paper is in process and in addition I need a home for the working files that doesn't require a user to drill down into the project to access it

It's almost been 2 years and can't believe no other customers want this?

We are having to use Microsoft Teams/SharePoint for this currently so users have to download then upload from a different cloud provider or we have to make sure we copy everything needed for every new project. If one of the company-wide templates changes, we have to re-upload it into every project which is a lot of work to keep updated.

A portfolio file library is crucial for templates that all projects can use as a starting block (minutes, agreements, materials logs and so on). A project template would work for a new project, but if the templates change in that template, it's not going to sync all the changes to the 20+ projects that have already used it when it was first setup.

Right now without having a central repository for our company, we have projects going rogue and using whatever templates they can find from other projects.

This would also be great for word templates where we could setup a portfolio template using the logo from the portfolio then each project would update the Project Name, etc.
