Meeting Minute Attendees should be participants and receive workflow status notifications.

Why are meeting attendees listed in the form similarly to Assignees and not considered participants that would receive status notification for the meeting record? It confuses clients. They have to set contacts as a CC or Assign a task on a meeting item to be participating. Seems very logical that an attendee would receive notifications and would be a participating member of a meeting record.

      Notifications are received on 'Status Changed' if that setting is enabled. Out of the box, the only status that receives a notification is the 'Completed' status but this can be changed in Record settings.
