Better workflow for Meeting Minutes "Create Next Meeting"

Enhancement description:

Have the user input the date of the next meeting and maybe update the meeting purpose text when they hit "Create Next Meeting" in Meeting Minutes.

What are we trying to accomplish?

Make it very clear to the user that they are on the new meeting minutes.

How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?

After you hit the "Create Next Meeting" button, it is very unclear to the user that the software has created the next meeting. It has you pick which items you want to bring forward and then it returns you to what looks like the exact same meeting minutes you were just on. We hit the button, selected the items and then I had to go back to all my meeting minutes to make sure I was on the new one.

Suggested implementation:

At the very least, this workflow should have the user pick the next meeting date so that when you are returned to the list of items, you would see this new date and know that you're on the newest meeting.
