Not being one to want to compare the layout to other programs but when looking at the Autodesk Construction Cloud meeting minutes the UI looks a little more user friendly and more like how you used to type out minutes in MS Word.

I think changing it from the "data base"-look to something familiar more like a text editor would make adaptation by more conservative users al lot easier and intuitive.
