Meeting Template

This would make setting up meetings so much quicker… and the templates should be kept at the portfolio level (and, if needed, editable at the project level). This way, it’s easier to create a company standard.

I would upvote this 1000 times If I could.

Please make this happen, it would save us so much time. We don't want to have to rebuild the same meetings for each project.

Just starting to play with Meeting Minutes and this is a huge gap. We should be able to give our teams a starting point to create consistent meeting minutes across projects.

I can't imagine this would be a hard add :) I'm no developer but as a user, this is a huge need. Will help with speed and ease, will help with uniformity across the company. Thanks!!!

You can do this already by creating a meeting then scheduling multiple meetings from that one meeting. This will allow you to edit these multiple scheduled meetings.

At a minimum wee should be able to create the agenda template(s) in the template project and those would carry over. Now I have to rely on each project to create their own meeting minutes/agenda. It's fine if they needed to customize it only but that's not the case as they now have to start from scratch.

This is a big need, as a long time user of Procore, we had a whole library of meeting templates that we generated and it promotes consistency and ensures quality control from project to project. Using the imports tool is not a viable long term solution and requires a lot of unnecessary work since its not a simple copy and paste due to the locked fields.

I second, third, and fourth this! This would be so helpful to have, so we do not have to go outside of the program/website to document minutes. Please do add this as a feature ProjectSight!
