Option in Meeting Minutes for Photos and Tables to be In the Text Areas

We would like to use the meeting minutes module to be able to create monthly report templates for monthly reporting that would include photos within the text and tables within the text sections. Right now these would need to be linked in and added at the end of the report. Can adding reporting templates for printing of minutes to include photos, tables, etc. within the bodies of text be implemented?
