RFI History - No Record of RFI Being Issued

When issuing an RFI by Print Report Email, this action is not listed in the History tab. It should be shown in the History tab that the RFI has been sent, and it should list the recipients of the email as the most recent action. When clicking send on the RFI, it prompts a box that says "You request has been submitted" but there's no other record confirming the RFI was sent.

If someone who was not a recipient on the RFI email, they wouldn't know if the RFI was sent or not.
