RFI & Issue Impact Nomenclature

It would be useful to have access to change the nomenclature of the Impact Tab from 'Not Sure' to 'TBD'. This field is currently not available to be changed and we are finding from our Trade clients that all RFIs and Issues are TBD pending the resolution/answer to the RFI or Issue.


Our current solution to this is to create a custom report.

    Our company also feels this change would be helpful. the current wording "not sure" has a negative tone and could lead individuals viewing the impact tab to think that the Construction Managers knowledge of the project is lacking. If this could be changed software wide to read something more neutral such as TBD or Currently unknown that would be helpful OR allow portfolio admins to be able to adjust the nomenclature, similar to other fields. It could possibly be included in a look up list.
