Notification Reminder Email

Many records set due dates within the system, and there is no way to send out a notification reminder email to let them know that there is an approaching or past due item with-in the system. Currently the system sends out a notification when the action is assigned, but there is no way to send out reminders (ie. past due or approaching). Think of it as in lieu of running a report and manually sending it out for action the Notification Manager could collate the records and notify a user of multiple RFI's or Submittals or Meeting Minute Actions that need to be taken as one email not separate. The added feature would be able to query all or specific record sets to determine potential reminders and and then allow the user to send out to all or for specific records or specific users. There could also be options to set a variable reminder time email based on the due date in the project settings.

    Not yet. Last year we added the ability to manually send assignment reminder notifications. Our development team is currently working on adding automated reminders for when assignments are coming due soon and past due.
