Multi-project approach

For many off us who have more than 20 projects at the same time (by the way all subcontractors and trades) the need to a Portfolio dashboard is essential to the everyday work.

We need to see on one page all off: Assigned to me, new RFIs, new Punch items, due in the next days, all what is happening on every project.

For company's like ours the project number is just a filter, we have tasks to do in many different places and ''project number'' is just one off the classifications.

The reality is all the tasks are together and the schedules and resources are all mixed up in a same hole for the company.

On the other hand if you have an engineer or architect who has to approve and/or sign plans and he has to go throw all the projects to see ''IF'' there is something to approve, no way this is going to be used inside the platform. We will rely again on old school e-mails (one by one) to do the job.

There are many procedures our company would like to transfer to PS, is a good platform. But it is impossible to function the way is done wright now. The approach is unilaterally ''big project - general contractor'' so there is no way to have a good flow on half off the platform on a multi project/subcontractors point off view.

We would also like to see consolidated reports and analysis across all projects or types etc.
