Ability to Shared Custom Views Across Portfolios

We have multiple portfolios that organize our projects geographically. Each portfolio is basically set up the same way and have many of the same users. Having the ability to create custom views in one portfolio and copy the view to another portfolio OR link custom views to a user assignment/security role across all portfolios, would greatly reduce the users set up time.
