Export and Import Distribution Lists into other Projects

We will have some distribution lists that may/will be utilized by multiple projects so ability to export and then import would be helpful. Also saw that there is an idea to be able to build distribution lists at the Portfolio level. That would be another method to utilize a distribution list across multiple projects
