Measure tool should be able to be switched to feet and inches instead of decimal feet

When we have drawings that are in imperial, they are dimensioned in feet and inches, The measure tool will measure in decimal feet. Can we get the option to change to feet and inches?

When I measure items on site I will measure, I would measure 19'-7" not 19.583'
