Drawing Sets - Allow modification of numerical characters allowed on a project

Currently in drawing sets it's pre set up with a 3 digit format where the first drawing set issued is as "001". This keeps things in order as your adding drawing sets until you hit drawing set 1000. At that point, things are no longer in order.

I'd like to propose an option in the project settings to allow us the ability to alter the number of characters the project will use when automatically numbering drawing sets. For example, if I was able to change the setting to 5 digits, the first drawing set would be "00001", and the drawing set would stay in order up to the 99999 drawing set.
