Customizable Default Markup Settings

Currently, the default setting for adding markups to drawings (i.e. a cloud) is maroon red, line weight 1 and a maroon fill.

I understand that after modifying these settings once in a session, they continue to populate subsequent markups within that session. However, upon closing out that session and starting a new one, the style reverts back to the default option (maroon).

We would like the ability to set custom defaults for these options on a project setting level so that everyone's markups initially default to the same style.

This is similar to PSW-I-533, Changing the Default Setting for RFI Posting, and actually related. Because PSW-I-533 has not yet been implemented (or considered), we are using a markup work-around to achieve this visual (RFI # with transparent background). You can find an example of this desired visual attached.

I'd like to add a request to save several default options. With Bluebeam we would have a toolset allowing us to select from several pre-saved markup schemes (different colors and shading) to indicate different things. I realize that we could add custom fields to markups but this is time consuming and sometimes it's easiest to glance at the color of a markup and know what it's for. A small dropdown on the markup properties could allow us to toggle between our frequently used markup styles. Especially because to fully customize a markup we're using two different tabs, it adds a lot of clicks.
