Add ability to drag and move payment application detailed item columns as needed

In the payment application view, we can only modify the width of existing columns in the detailed items list. We can't remove or move the columns around by clicking on the top of the column and dragging it to the placement we prefer. There are columns to the far right we would like to see on the left, and columns we don't use that would be helpful to remove. We end up having to do a lot of scrolling to the right to reach the column we need to see and the ability to move these as needed would save considerable time & frustration. We see this ability in other list views in the system and hope it would be easy to add here.
