Allow Item Grid Columns to be customized

This is a very great feature that Vista has. On every grid view a user has the option to hide column or move them over to their needs. ProjectSight has this for the overall record lists, but not, for example, in the Pending Change Order Items grid. We have custom fields but they are all the way on the right which we'd like to move. Some users may want to hide a column etc.
