Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

There is currently a way to manage your user notifications under my settings. It would be great if these were per project like the original user suggested in 2029 and as the other individuals noted below. Another example where this would be beneficial is when an individual leaves a project. If they are on any records as a participant - for example cc' they will receive ALL notifications for those records, even with their project access removed. There is also no way to Batch Edit or Export and Import to remove them from the record either. It seems like a simply fix would be to update the notification settings and allow users to turn these off by individual projects prior to requesting their access being removed OR allow users the ability to batch edit assignment removals like they can batch edit adding assignments - see PSW-I-1923 dated Oct. 2022.
There are way to many notifications considering how many documents and records get added to Project Sight daily. Users should be able to set their own notification preferences on a project by project basis. Some of my VDC people take the lead on a project while other projects they simply help out. As soon as they are added to a project they get every notification even though they don't need them for that specific project. Please fix this.
We are getting lots of complaints about Notification Overload, especially from architects comparing ProjectSight notifications unfavorably to Procore. I see lots of specific suggestions on notifications, but I just think they need to be better and more flexible giving us options by user, project and record type. I'm glad this one is getting lots of votes and is likely, but this is low hanging fruit! Let's go! Thanks!
Need additional granular notification options. Example: I'd like notifications on for Issues, but not for Daily Log. If we could toggle on or off each item in the Project Menu would be very helpful.
