Outage Notification & Issue Updates

Please add a notification email, banner to portfolio screen or another communication source for the project admins and maybe all users when you have a major issue with ProjectSight. Most users will not report an upload, download or running report issue thinking that they are the only one with the issue. Then we call or email support and they know about the issue but how does everyone else know about the issue? Adding a notification system would help your support from getting multiple calls and emails for the same issue.

It might be beneficial to add a weekly email update about the new features as I forget myself to look at the what's new tab each week.
