Default Preferred Download Settings

I would like to see some sort of project download setting defaults. Hitting the download button would give users the option to download 100% of the files or pick from administrator created defaults or simple common options.

A lot of users have devices with limited space and don't understand that you can customize the download, and instead they just hit Download, which takes up more space than is necessary.

Some of my ideas are below.

1. Role-Based: For each security role, admins could define default project download settings, used when hitting the "Download" button. Depending on the user's security role on the project, specific records would be downloaded. Users could override the default by hitting Customize.

2. Admin Shared Download Profiles: Administrators could define common recommended download settings and push them out to all portfolio users. When the user hits the "Download" button, they would see a simple menu with profiles & descriptions, and could simply pick what they needed.

3. Current Only & Attachments Options: A lot of users need most of the records, but don't necessarily need all revisions and/or attachments taking up space on mobile. Rather than having to customize and choose these settings for each record with many toggles, a simple prompt when hitting the "Download" button could give user the options to select "Current Drawings & Specs Only" and to toggle attachments on/off for all records at once.

Any of these would simplify the download process for users. I don't think the current "Customize" option should go away, I just think these options could be added to help admins keep it simple for the majority of users.
