Project list should default to projects you already have synced at the top.

I understand you can filter with the search, but honestly it forces a search every time you need to look at your darn project. When you open Mobile, unless you are syncing a new project you want to see your currently synced projects. This seems so intuitive for me. Am I missing the mark? It is effectively providing your active project list.
