When adding a linked record or drawing, or when first saving a record, you have to type text into the comment area first. Sometimes a comment or description isn't necessary, or it is redundant with the data entered in the record fields.

Have the print out for RFI's (Request for Information -Details w/ comments and links) show the impacts such as anticipate costs, the cost value and if there will be a drawing impact in the report out.
This should be a basic RFI feature when doing a print out specific to the RFI rather then having to print a summary log to show if there is an impact or not.
